(“ID Connect” or “We”) and for visiting our website at http://IDCtelemed.com and/or mobile app (collectively, “Site”).  ID Connect is a Delaware corporation with headquarters located at 6425 Penn Avenue, Suite 200, Pittsburgh, PA 15206.  ID Connect provides the Site subject to the Terms of Use (“Terms”) below.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SITE.  BY ACCESSING AND/OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ID CONNECT’S PRIVACY POLICY.  IF YOU DO NOT FULLY ACCEPT THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SITE.

REVISIONS—ID Connect may revise or amend these Terms at any time.  Such revisions shall be effective immediately upon being posted to the Site and will govern the relationship between you and ID Connect with respect to your use of the Site. It is your responsibility to visit this page when using the Site to review the current Terms.  If you do not agree with the amended Terms, please discontinue your use of the Site.  The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated.

YOUR OBLIGATIONS—By accessing and/or using the Site, you agree not to:

PURPOSE & LICENSE—The Site is a general purpose website that provides information about ID Connect and its services.  ID Connect does not sell or deliver services through the Site.  You may not order or contract with ID Connect through the Site.  Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ID Connect grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferrable, limited privilege to access and use the Site solely for informational purposes.  We may revoke your access and use of the Site at any time.

LINKS—The Site may include links to third party websites and content. These links are provided for your convenience and do not carry any specific endorsement or warranty.  If you decide to access these linked websites, you do so entirely at your own risk.  You agree that ID Connect shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any kind incurred because of your access or use of these websites.  ID Connect does not monitor or review the content of such third party websites and you acknowledge and agree that We:

  1. are not responsible for such websites, including the terms on which such websites are made available and/or the privacy policies of such websites, and do not control their content or availability; and
  2. make no representation, warranty or condition, either express or implied, in relation to any goods or services or information received from such websites.

CONTENT—We attempt to ensure that information on the Site is complete, accurate and up to date.  However, we make no representation or warranty as to the completeness or accuracy of any information on the Site.

DISCLAIMER—Except as provided in these Terms, the Site is made available to you on an “as is” basis.  We disclaim and do not accept any liability to you with respect to the Site, your use of it, or otherwise. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Site is suitable for your intended purposes. We accept no liability as to the suitability or fitness of the Site in meeting your needs and we exclude to the fullest extent permissible by law all express or implied warranties, representations, conditions or terms. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION— You can access and browse ID Connect’s Site without disclosing your personal information.  We only collect the personal information that you choose to volunteer in connection with requests to receive communication and/or information from ID Connect.   You hereby agree to ID Connect’s Privacy Policy – please read our Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect and use your information.  ID Connect will not be liable for any use or disclosure of personal information you choose to provide on the Site.

EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE—ID Connect will use reasonable means to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of any requested email correspondence.  However, ID Connect will not be liable in the event that you or anyone else inappropriately uses your email.  If you decide to use email to communicate with ID Connect, you should be aware of the following risks and/or your responsibilities:

  1. As the Internet is not secure or private, unauthorized people may be able to intercept, read and possibly modify e-mail you send or are sent by ID Connect.
  2. Since e-mail can be used to spread viruses, some which cause e-mail messages to be sent to people who you do not intend to send e-mail messages to, you should install and maintain virus protection software on your PC.
  3. If you provide an employer-issued email account to communicate with ID Connect, you understand and agree that your employer may have the right to access all email sent thereto.

APPLICABLE LAW—ID Connect controls its Site from its offices in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. By accessing the Site, regardless of where you are located, you agree that the statutes and laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will apply to all matters regarding the use of our Site.  The Site is not intended to subject ID Connect to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country, or territory other than those, as applicable, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA.

WAIVER & ENTIRETY—ID Connect’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.  These Terms and our Privacy Policy comprise the entire agreement between you and ID Connect with respect to the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements or understandings.

Use of Multi Factor Authentication

The Insight product uses SAML/LDAP Authentication technologies to interface with users existing authentication workflow. This allows our users to utilize whatever method of multifactor authentication they choose.

Patient Data (EHI) Export Format Information

Patient data is exported via a JSON format with the following fields:

  • Patient
    • All data related directly to the patient including name, gender, age, and MRN
  • Encounter
    • A list of each encounter for the patient including admit and discharge dates
  • MedicationPrescription
    • A list of each medication ordered for the patient
  • MedicationAdministration
    • A list of all administered medications for the patient
  • MicroResult
    • A list of all microbiology lab results for the patient
  • MicroSusceptibility
    • A list of all susceptibility test results for the patient
