Vice President of Clinical Solutions

Mike is the Vice President of Clinical Solutions at ID Connect. Prior to ID Connect, he spent seven years with Melinta Therapeutics and The Medicines Company from 2014 through 2021 and served as the infectious disease medical science liaison for the Eastern Great Lakes region. Mike was an infectious disease/antibiotic stewardship pharmacist and clinical pharmacy manager at Waterbury Hospital in Connecticut from 2010 to 2014 and was the clinical pharmacy specialist in surgery at Norwalk Hospital in Connecticut from 2007 through 2010; he served on the Infection Control and Pharmacy and Therapeutics committees at both hospitals. He graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy in 2005 with his PharmD, and then went on to complete an infectious diseases pharmacotherapy fellowship from 2005 through 2007 at the University of Connecticut Health Center.

Mike currently resides in Connecticut with his wife, Gwendolyn. They have two boys, Sebastiano and Alessandro, and a dog, Chloe. He enjoys working in his garden and doing yard work. Outside of the home, he likes to travel to different cities in the US and to Puerto Rico. In his spare time, Mike enjoys playing and watching sports as well as working out.
