Lack of on-site antimicrobial stewardship expertise is a recognized barrier to establishing successful antimicrobial stewardship programs (ASP). Tele-antimicrobial stewardship programs (TASP) utilizing a clinical decision support system (CDSS), in this case, ILÚM Insight®, successfully addressed these challenges.
