Liyuen “G.” Wills

G is the Director of Credentialing Services at ID Connect and has over 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She leads the credentialing team and guides its processes for medical licensing, credentialing, privileging and reappointments with healthcare facilities and insurance payers.

Prior to joining ID Connect, G. held a management role in a large Health Information Management (HIM) department with oversight of several areas including a credentialing team that served over 18 specialty departments. She also played an active role on a process improvement team created to streamline the credentialing process within UPMC and increase efficiencies. G. has a degree in Health Informatics as well as an MBA with a focus in Healthcare Administration. In her spare time, G. enjoys sampling local coffee, visiting farmers markets, reading, and going on road trips.
