Call Center Administrator
As our Call Center Administrator, Jennifer is our first point of contact for patients needing immediate infectious disease care. She is responsible for collecting patient information and forwarding it to the appropriate doctor on call.
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Specialized Studies from Edinboro University. She also operates her own small cookie business which provides custom baked goods to people all over the United States for all special occasions.
In her spare time, she loves to hike, travel, bake, and spend time with family.
