Kathleen Schlingloff

Lead Credentialing Specialist 

Kathy joined ID Connect in early 2021 after working as an Onboarding Specialist- Credentialing at UPMC. As part of the Credentialing team, she assists providers with their applications for state licensing, obtains privileges at client sites, and ensures that credentialing and privileges remain current.

Prior to her experience in credentialing, Kathy worked in healthcare and banking. Her experience in healthcare was focused on the client side of Medicare as a grievance analyst with Aetna. Before transitioning into healthcare, Kathy had a successful career of over 25 years in mortgage banking in areas of management, operations, sales, quality control audit, compliance, training, underwriting and customer service.

Kathy earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration/accounting from the College of St. Elizabeth in New Jersey. She is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins fan and enjoys spending time with her family.
