Currently serving as a clinical educator of medical students, residents, and fellows, Dr. Christian Perez is also an ID specialist at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. His primary areas of interest are rickettisal diseases and zoonoses.

Dr. Perez attended medical school at The University of South Florida, completed his residency training at The University of Utah, and subsequently completed his fellowship training at Vanderbilt University
