Director of Customer Experience
Caley is the Director of Customer Experience at IDC. Caley works with ID Connect’s software-as-a-service clients to ensure their success during the entire product lifecycle – implementation, adoption, and ongoing operations. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Pennsylvania State University with a minor in International Studies. Following her studies, she served two terms with AmeriCorps State and National and VISTA with focuses on education and economic and community development. Following her service in AmeriCorps, she began implementing medical software programs in 2017 and came to ID Connect in 2020.
As a resident of downtown Pittsburgh, she enjoys walking around the city and trying new restaurants.
